  35. 'CAROLUS' is a high quality font containing full hinting for correct 
  36. rendering 
  37. at small point sizes and a total of 105 kerning pairs for correct character 
  38. spacing. It is supplied 'as is' and no waranty is implied or given by the 
  39. author. The font is suitable for both headlines and body text, and should 
  40. render well down to 6 point. It is based on a printed specimen of hot metal 
  41. type of 'Carolus' supplied by the Mouldtype Foundry. The font contains 
  42. a full range of upper case letters with small capitals in place of the lower 
  43. case letters, together with the figures 0 to 9, a full range of punctuation, 
  44. plus a fair range of diacritics. It was hand traced in order to achieve a 
  45. high 
  46. quality outline and compiled using FontMonger Version 1.0.7. This font 
  47. represents aproximately 1000 manhours of work.
